I was lost in the chaos, feeling unfulfilled.
Walking around with yearnings in my heart,
I knew deep down I was destined for more.
I was lacking my own inner passion.
Awake in body but asleep to my very own soul.
Until I had enough. I asked a question out loud;
“Higher power, GOD, is this it?
Is this what I am meant for?”
I was so tired of pushing down the pain, coping with the
stress and living in disharmony with my true nature.
It was after that moment that everything changed.
What happened next? My life changed.
It was divine intervention & the answer…
- Clear propelling vision filled my soul
- Passion was my new driving force
- Life long dreams became a living reality
- I was finally living my life on purpose
- Through living my dharma I started and ran two businesses and served over 2K souls!
- Abundance skyrocked… paid off over 70K debt
- The adventure of a lifetime happened. A solo trip working in Australia, living in my favorite beach town Byron Bay
- I met my dream partner & had two beautiful children.
- Creativity was on the high! A complete album was inspired. In 2018 I recorded & released “Believe”, my childhood singing dream even came true. Ps, I am self-taught.
- Life took a complete turn. I moved from a victim of my life to a master creator of my life.
- The story changed. From disadvantaged girl who grew up in a near poverty believing life is a struggle, to living the life of my dreams!
- I realized the challenges I faced and the mentors I had helped me to rise. I was finally able to give that back. It felt amazing!

I live on an island on the most easterly part of Canada, Newfoundland with my husband and two kids!

I hold a Bsc. Kinesiology degree, Hatha & Yin Yoga, ICF member & University of wellness certified coach, reiki practiioner & more. My biggest skills came from my experience of actually going for it!
I ran and worked in retreats for youth & teens for 20yrs.
